Sri SMB Hr Service & Agency has begun with the vision of sourcing the right kind of candidates for our partnering companies since the individuals are the basic resources for any unit. We trust the right selection can change productivity of the company. If we don’t have the employees who doesn’t have the expected qualification, we need to struggle a lot. Keeping this point in our mind, we act towards the goal which is nothing but giving the best out come while supplying the man power. We just implement all the tools to select the perfect employee who will meet the companies expectation.
RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
We are accountable and responsible for the entire contractual obligations fully legally and morally. The below mentioned percentage with regard to statutory payments in addition to the wages fixed
1. Our supervisors will supply manpower and maintain the strength as required by HR Department.
2. We will have complete data of each employee with photograph and blood group in specific formats.
3. No employee will be omitted without PF/ESI benefits from the date one (he/she) from the enrolment date which is mandatory under our service.
4. PF and ESI services
- All PF/ESI statutory service benefits will be extended and statutory records will be maintained in order and we will also involve fully while inspections.
- We personally follow up employees’ sick Accident benefits / pension claims (fatal accidents) as per the provisions of the Act.
- We will ensure PF settlement after employees’ resignation promptly as per the procedure.
5. We will submit our attendance and collect the approved attendance from the customer’s authorized representative by 1st of every month and submit our bills onthe 3rd without fail.
6. We will collect our payments on or before the 5th and payments will be disbursed on the date fixed by the customer
7. We will submit the Payroll, PF/ESI challan copies along with the next month bill for perusal and records.
8. We will have better personal rapport with PF/ESI Inspector of Factories and Labor Department authorities in the large interest of our customer.
9. All the more, we always maintain our status of “Immediate Employer” by means of (a)
our statutory records and (b) by action when necessity arises
